When can I expect to receive my gift?
FREE local pickup is available in North Vancouver (typically ready for pickup within 24-48 hours). you will receive an email once your gift box is ready to be picked up.
Local delivery by courier - 1-3 business days
Canada wide shipping - 4-7 business days (estimated)
What are the delivery methods?
We offer delivery within Greater Vancouver, for a fee of $15.
For those outside of the Greater Vancouver area, we ship orders via Canada Post. We ship nationwide and carefully package your gifts so they arrive safely.
Can I pick up my gifts?
Yes! We are pleased to finally offer pick up in North Vancouver.
We will send you a confirmation email with the address to pickup your box!
Where do you ship to?
As a result of COVID-19, we are currently shipping within Canada only.
What if I need my gift last minute?
Please feel free to reach out and I will see what I can do for a rushed local delivery. For shipped gifts however, I can't guarantee shipping times.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Not in one transaction unfortunately. You will have to purchase each box separately. That way, we can ensure that each gift is sent to the correct address.
Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com and we can process the order for you.
Am I able to include a note with my gift?
Absolutely! There is a prompt when you create your gift box bundle to include a personalized message. Each notecard is handwritten by my, and I promise I have good handwriting :)
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
If you are concerned about the contents of your boxes, please contact our team with your concerns, and we will be happy to talk further!
Do you take custom/bulk/white label orders?
Absolutely! We are happy to work with our corporate partners on a bulk order, or to create a specially curated box based on your budget and needs.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
