When can I expect to receive my box?
Local deliveries within Greater Vancouver are scheduled within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase, but please be patient as we deal with shipping delays of products, and longer lead times with the small businesses we’re working with.

For those outside of Vancouver, we will be doing our best to get these shipped within a week, but again, please be patient as we navigate delays with Canada Post.

If you require a rush order, please do enquire by email prior to purchase and will do our best to accommodate.

What are the delivery methods?
We offer delivery within Greater Vancouver, for a fee of $15.

For those outside of the Greater Vancouver area, we ship orders via Canada Post. We ship nationwide and carefully package your gifts so they arrive safely.

If I live in Vancouver, am I able to pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer pick up service at this time.

Where do you ship to?
As a result of COVID-19, we are currently shipping within Canada only.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
If you are concerned about the contents of your boxes, please contact our team with your concerns, and we will be happy to talk further! 

Do you take custom/bulk/white label orders?
Absolutely! We are happy to work with our corporate partners on a bulk order, or to create a specially curated box based on your budget and needs.

We take great care to ensure that your gift arrives looking great! If your gift arrives worse for the wear, or you have any suggestions for how we can serve you better, let us know! Having trouble with your order?
